Palm Oil
From the soil to the market
Daabon produces certified sustainable, fair trade and organic palm oil for use in a wide range of consumer products, including energy bars, snacks, chips and shampoo.
Because we’re vertically integrated from soil to market, we own the entire supply chain for our palm products, which means we can guarantee our customers and their consumers a top-quality, responsible product that is fully transparent and can be traced to its source.

Because transparency and accountability are more than just catchphrases to us, Daabon’s operations are certified and rated by independent third-party organizations. Here are a few of the most important ones.
Only Certified SG & IP Sustainable Palm Oil
Certified Sustainable Palm Oil is a designation awarded by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), an organization formed by stakeholders from across the palm oil industry to promote and support sustainable production methods. RSPO certification requires that no primary forests or high conservation value areas (places of cultural or environmental significance) can be cleared. It also restricts the use of pesticides and fires, and addresses labor rights for workers.
RSPO NEXT
RSPO NEXT picks up where the standard RSPO sustainable palm certifications leave off, ensuring that additional responsible farming practices are in place—most notably no deforestation, no burning and full traceability at the farm level. RSPO NEXT verifies that, at the corporate level, companies are truly utilising a sustainable production model throughout their supply chain.
Full Transparency
The Sustainability Policy Transparency Toolkit (SPOTT) is an online platform that rates palm oil companies on key measures of sustainability and transparency. Its goal is to drive implementation of environmental and social best practices for the sustainable production and trade of palm oil. Daabon was ranked number one in the world in five out of six consecutive years.
Innovating in Sustinability
Daabon is a founding member of the the Palm Oil Innovation Group (POIG). This is a multi-stakeholder initiative that strives to achieve the adoption of responsible palm oil production practices by key players in the supply chain, through developing and sharing a credible and verifiable benchmark that builds upon the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), and creating and promoting innovations.
