Our organic raw sugar is Non-GMO and is used in multiple food and industrial applications. It comes from South America and is packed in 25Kg bags and delivered in pallets. Our organic panela (or rapadura) is Non-GMO and used in multiple food and industrial applications. Panela does not undergo a centrifugal process as sugar does. The cane juice is slowly dehydrated, so that the molasses and the nutrients remain in the panela giving it a distinct caramel flavour. 4 x 5Kg bags packed into 20Kg boxes

Our organic fair-trade cacao powder is available alkalised and natural with a fat content of 10-12% (higher fat contents are available upon request). Alkalised cacao is more suitable for beverage preparation and natural for dry mixing. Bean comes from South America. The cacao is packed in 25Kg bags, 750Kg/pallet.

Our cacao butter is Non-GMO and is  obtained from the Theobroma cacao bean variety, which are grown in South America. It is used as a food ingredient in multiple applications. The butter is packed in 25Kg cardboard boxes.

Our Colombian fair-trade organic freeze dried coffee is made with Non-GMO 100% Arabica coffee beans. With an aromatic and silky cup profile it offers notes of tropical fruits and brown sugar. Packed in 25Kg boxes, 16 boxes/pallet.

Our organic brown flaxseeds are free from gluten and are Non-GMO. They come from South America and are rich in Omega-3. They come packed in 25Kg bags. Common uses are baking, supplements and consumer packed goods.
